Penjelasan
Sobat Kripto, Snapshot adalah platform voting governance off-chain untuk DAO yang launch 2020 oleh tim Balancer. Diferensiasi: voting tidak perlu gas (off-chain signature), interface user-friendly, support banyak voting strategy (token weighted, NFT weighted, quadratic, single choice, weighted, dll.). Dipakai 5000+ DAO termasuk Uniswap, Aave, ENS, ApeCoin, Sushi. URL: snapshot.org. Tidak ada token native Snapshot (sustainable via grant + donation).
Off-Chain Voting Mechanism
User connect wallet ke Snapshot.org -> sign message off-chain dengan token balance saat 'snapshot' block (block tertentu yang ditentukan proposal) -> Snapshot collect signature, tally vote sesuai strategy. Karena off-chain, gratis (no gas). Result advisory (kecuali DAO punya executor on-chain seperti Aave atau Compound yang require on-chain vote final). Snapshot Spaces untuk organize per DAO.
Voting Strategy Beragam
Token Weighted: 1 token = 1 vote (default). Quadratic: cost vote naik kuadratik (anti-whale). NFT Weighted: 1 NFT = 1 vote (untuk DAO NFT). Delegate-based: voter delegate vote ke delegate (mirip representative democracy). Snapshot Strategies library 100+ option flexible untuk DAO. Voting period typically 3-7 hari, quorum threshold per DAO.

Sobat Kripto yang hold governance token (UNI, AAVE, COMP, dll.) bisa vote di Snapshot. Manfaat: suara terdengar di protocol penting, dapat insight DAO governance dynamics.
